stop following 5-6 your plots price for 5-6 months atleast and then you will see.
i have 4 files of 5 marla. I dont plan even selling the 'worst' location plot yet. I'll keep them for 5 years atleast.
point is, when we go to buy a plot , we are told "its facing canal" while when we try to sell the same told, it is said "its in front of ganda nullah" |
