bro phase 9 will be no 1 town of pakistan at least in just 4 years time , a giant business hub . all other phases wont compete it , its just beauty it will be first town where 5 marla wont be less than a crore in less than 4 years.

First ever massive supply of 5 Merla plots is underway, there will be some selling pressure but looking at IVY green example I feel that phase 9, 5 Merla post ballot price will be stable at Current File + development charges for an average location. However after possession definitely that should have good gain.
Best advice is to hold till possession.

jameel sb current price of file hoovering around much more than past peaks , wait for tomorrow , massive supply of kanal even more than sui gas phase 2 which is only kanal + scheme , 5 marla plot are less than half of 20 marla . 5 marla buyers are more than twice than kanal .
