I dont have a plot in phase 9. But following observations :
1: surrounded by villages and built up area, bad reputed socities all around.
2: fast track or slow track it cannot be possession handy before 2020.
3: if u hold for 5 years it will be doubled minimum and 2.5 times the maximum.
4: he will be living in fools paradise who say 4 marla,would be 7 crores. Yes it will be by 2025.
5: commercial only get value when area is fully habitated.
6: actual value would be when ring road is through after 4 .5 years.
7: phase 7 prices would not hain now due to cheaper plots on this side.
