According to my understanding and critical analysis of the "Town Plan Map" DHA has been successful in marking all the sectors in abalanced way. Except G which is the smallest sector, all other sectors are either bounded by nullah/villages/housing societies/ some unknown big blocks are there is some block in the middle of almost each sector. There each sector has a lot of boundary plots, which are considered bad plots. Similarly Sector J is very linear and bounded by LRR from one side and divided/bounded by huge blocks from the other side. Sector A is only bounded by DHA Town from one side, seems to be the best sector of Prism 9. So one can safely say that Sector A is the best followed by Sector G and Sector J is the Lowest. Rest all are similar.....
