to chk correct plot No of Phase#9 lahore,

Sir,
My file reference no is AM/9X/6349 for DHA Ph9 Lahoe.In Ballot there are two plots# 1- 9P/C/000786 against file#9/OL/P/R/000251 against file#9/OLO/006349 .
Please let me know which one is mine
