I got Q-304, which is on the boundary wall but in back there is 9 Town. Kindly advice to keep or sell it. Please evaluate also

Hello,
Can anybody evaluate the location of 591-B.
It is on 120 Ft road and a corner, but there is "Area excluded" next to it.

The area is help by DHA and will decide about it later. B looks very promising due to easy access. You are lucky to get corner + 120 ft. |

Atiq ,i think there will not be a wall between DHA 9 and town so i am sure it is a big plus |

By the time Phase 9 development is over , DHA town will have houses and price of such plots will shoot. |
