I have different opinion....front is not small..its as wide as adjoining plots i.e.838, 839...plot has multi-directional access....though facing village...but will be masked as soon as houses in the front block are constructed...Corner provides flexibility in orientating face towards wider side of plot...better than an average plot...proximity to Main Park, amenities etc should also ratchet up its ranking....anyhow Congratulations....its not a bad plot in my reckoning... |
