Malik sahib. it is better to hold at least one year because now there were so many bad location plots will be floated and it will not give you better return.

It is reasonable plot why do you want to sale it? Let them start development work before getting panic. Donot play in real estate like stock market. Prices donot double by just ballot. Let DHA Town be populated and see how the whole scene will be changed.
