My plot is on boundary of 'excluded area' in phase 9 sector B. What does 'excluded area' mean? Does it have good or bad potential?

Excluded area means DHA did not decide about that area so far. It can be bad if they make a large qabrustan :) which is not possible at that prime location .... |
