Why dealer is worried about your plot?
I am sure he is more interested in his commission..

The dust needs to settle down and only then anyone should consider about selling in my view.
Anyhow J 1288 is an okay location.

Sure at that time there will be stability but now is a panic in bad location plot holders and so many plots will be floating in the market. now less buyers more sellers so no gain at this time don't trust who are only looking their 1%, they don't care about 99%. regards.

Well I bought it from him one year back for 20 and he says he will try to get that amount recovered as it is a very bad plot

I just told him I'm in no hurry for at least one year
