I am unable to understad why all experts r underestimating j block. Pls keep in mind lrr is big factor for its price appreciation. Correct me if i am wrong

not experts...just people are under estimating all blocks in panic...just wait for 1 or 2 months and all will be smooth..no loss for anyone...IN Sha Allah ..keep relax..

sorry buddy if you're on the other side of the ring road you're better off selling and swapping elsewhere. you're on the back side of nishter town et all and all of the DHA facilities are on the opposite side of the RR. Plus this will probably be the last sector to be developed being the furthest from rest of DHA plus dependant on construction of RR first, doubt very much DHA will bother to build until the Ring Road is complete.

I'm responding to peoples request for evaluation objectively since no one is responding to my request. Thought I might help others get a second opinion.

People happily buy 5 Marla near same nala in dha rahber but here they are even considering it bad to have a low class people living behind them with a wall separating ....amazing.

Agreed with AJ, if you see all J block is just ZIG ZAG and disappointing and will be the last which will be developed.

I agree with Taurus,

I think J, K, F & H blocks will be the prime blocks due to access. Look at Phase 8 the prices are high due to its closeness to the access and Airport.

How do you say J block is the last, why not first.

Out of all only A BLOCK is the best having no pocket or village and at prime location. Lovely, all the rest sectors have plus/minus points. Good lucky A plot holders.

Ok lets see. If proposed rr completed i n due time then plot value will be at least double and dha probably start developments from both ends
