Fully agree and endorse your opinion. J block is best based on the same logic as Phase 8 that has closeness and access.

It means H, F and K blocks also nice locations as easy approach from ring road as well as connected with the dha prism

Dear Latif Saheb,

I think H, F & K are better then J as they are connected to main DHA, but we should remember that there be sufficient underpasses to connect J to main DHA.

I firmly believe that H, H, K & J are very good blocks many not the best.

687J is a good location, I will advise you not to sell this plot in a hurry.
