After seeing all posts,my humble suggestion is that cmy sb or jamerl sb. Kindly give overall view of phase J,K and R regarding 5 marla and similarly 10M and 1k phases.I hope it will answer many queries.Thanx.

I didn't buy file from LRE, but do listen to CMY. I would appreciate if CMY would guide people like me also who have worst plot (in my case in E near Dev Kalan and Graveyard) and are overseas not able to sell immediately. No disregard to him. He did not force me or others. We took our own decisions but we listened to him for overall assessments.

Yes CMY will be best one to answer however in my humble opinion in 5 M plots Sec J is best due to reasons I have already posted in dome discussion. In 1 Kanal plots, best Sectors are as per priority are D, P, A, C & Q. Of course other things like near to park, civic Cen and road do matter also. In fact D & P are the VIP sectors with development plan at priority. U can confirm I it from dha
