Sir apart from being closer to the area excluded (dont know whats there) you plot seems to be in a fairly good location, adjacent to phase 5 M and near askri 11.. this area will be first one to develop i guess.

Thanks investor bhai. Allah ka Shukar hay that I am mow a plot owner in DHA. Hopefully they will make some useful of the excluded area. However I don't think it's going to be residential plots. Since residential plots are already numbered in sequence. However I am sure they will develop this area because the road curves on northern and sure out here part of Block B matches exactly

B has the best approach and underdog among all the phases :).
You will see inshallah. DHA has excluded them from their map for some reasons.
