can some body explain me what is a JV/ BOT SITE near theme park in Q Block of Phase 9 ..that will be very helpful as i never came across such thing in other maps!! :h :h :h :h :h :h :h

JV is join venture and this land may be used for Hotel or shopping centre
DHA haly tower is an example of JV
but nothing to be afraid off , whatever it will be it will be good
