R-2712 is facing kohinoor factory , so its bad location
R-1806 is also bad location as its near to open land / may be village on hadiara drain
just pray that DHA acquires more land with R block and drain is covered in future else both these 2 plots are not gud to hold for more than a year

Both are below average due to Nallah about 100 meters, 10 merla is even nearer and very Close to Factory and Closed road.

sorry dear , 10 m is at worst location near factory, grid station and nallah, whereas 5m seems to be average, not so bad
