Dear experts
how is k block overall. I know it is the last block of dha all phases but it is the first block from ferozepur road side. It has two entry /exit points. One from hudiara drain which is 120 feet road and other 150 feet road from j block underpass ringroad.
please also evaluate my plot k-9.

Please also comment on the location of k-9. Its future prospect.whether an average location plot in p block is better than this. Experts Please comment.

K-9 is on 100 ft rood and is a very good plot. You should hold it for now. But, keep in mind that south of K sector are a lot of industrial units that produce a lot of chemical waste particularly Hafeez Shafi Tanneries. All their poisonous waste goes into ruhi nala and pollutes the air and water sources around. This could affect the prices in the southern sectors like K. |
