thanks-- thats what i thought too but someone said that the water tank is too close, i dont think that matters-- right?

Just cheers man, that is an excellent location plot and by all means will give you very very good return. water works does not matter at all when there is 150 feet road and almost 15% extra land at very nominal price, with corner location.
