Tens of thousand read your blog and get benifit of your expert advise. Could you please evaluate B811 plot? Is the boundary line and un balleted plot next to B811 have any bad impact on it? Please give me your expert opinion? I am little confused. Thanks; God bless you!

You are ok. Not an ideal location but I will not call it bad. Can be held for gains. Good for making a dream house.

B block upper portion is next to askari and Phase 5 M so can estimate its value right now by looking at prices in Asakri and Phase5M . To me it is bbest location in whole Phase 9 interms of access and approach to old DHA areas and LRR. By law DHA cannot show any land not acquired as part of its map and in its boundary so rest assure that B block whole area is DHA property and they must have some good plans for it in future. B block location is very strategic and important access to Phase 9. Future is bright... |
