Sell in 3 Months or Hold Long DHA 9 will test your Patience as before but eventually you will gain.

I am not personally happy with map. but it is far faaaaaaaaar better than IVY green and even phase 7 but it will be second to Phase 8.
best time to sell after 5 years once installments are done, development in progress but only for good location plots. |

CMY had 2 estimates
one was 21/14/7
Other was 18/9/4.5
I Think First is For DHA Phase 9 and other for DHA Phase 8 Z Block IVY green
But that is still suspense, As per my knowledge. No new buyer in IVY green paid full amount yet they filled only undertaking and still DHA Have to announce the development charges |
