Very good plot. Upper B is right next to already developed Askari and adjacent to phase 5 M.

B block is an underdog and people will realize its potential later, Only way to old DHA blocks

B BLOCK IS CENTER OF WHOLE DHA,CLOSEST TO ALREADY DEVELOPED AREA LIKE PH5M,ASKARI,DHA TOWN

That is right ABC. To be honest if they can allow, people may start living there today as Askari is fully functional. They are making big aprtment buildings there too

People are not looking B block in bigger perspective with DHA Phase 5 and askari and you may hear bad comments too as it is little off main phase 9 but then it is close to phase 5. So be happy on getting plot in phase 5 :)
