There will some impact to market price. However you can make home there if you have any plans.

No plan to construct home. But i can easily wait 5 to 7 years

It cannot be best plot ever. Sale if you get good price. In few month you will know price of neighboring plots then you can decide, no need to hurry. Then you can sale and shift your investment somewhere.
