I am sorry to say but this is fact yahan all experts ANARI hain aur sub Khelari banay huay hain. For phase 9 plot owners just keep in your mind in same Phase 9, 5 marla is almost touching 50 Lakhs and these all analysts are evaluating 1 kanal for 60-62 lakhs you cant find 1 kanal in all lahore for that sort of silly prices. Please do not listen to any one hold your plots you will see 1 kanal will definatley touch over 10-12 millions in just matter of couple of years. |
