please tell how much extra i have to pay for plot on the bigger road as my one kanal plot no K-9 is on 120 feet road.

Ur plot is already on big 120 ft then what else u want more? If u r talking about development charge,
same development charges everywhere! |

No extra charges for bigger road. Only corners pay 10% extra development charges.
If plot size is extra you pay extra amount for excess land at time of possession only.
