Appx. 550 Kanal is commercial land in phase-9 prism = Appx 1100 Kanal (at least) covered commercial area while residential area is appx. 20000 kanals which means appx. 1 marla covered area for each 1 kanal residential in phase-9. This ratio is unreasonably high and will have impact on commercial prices on longer run. Just my opinion but give it a thought and share yours.

if we consider international best ratios its almost 5sq ft per person for Asian countries. For USA it is 16 sq.ft per person which means 1 marla per 16 persons = ~ 0.5 marla per Kanal which means the commercial in ph9 prism is almost double than the requirement |
