As Phase 9 balloting has been done, what do you suggest which phase is suitable to get gain for investment purpose.

Insha Allah Prism blacks A B C D F H P Q R will be next DHA6 in 4 to 5 years. These will be highest gainer for new investments in DHA Lahore. Even worst locations will gain in these blocks
Other blocks must be carefully looked at before new buying. Plot has to clean in these blocks

@CMY in some of your post J block will gain future, but in this post it is not part of super 9 list neither K and L. Any particular reason or u don't want to break hearts.

i think these blocks will be real DHA blocks with DHA Living...not dependent on outside factors......one must hold his plots in these blocks... |
