I think you can hold this location. 10% extra development charges. Keep in mind your 1st installment will be in about 4 months.
Its my personal estimate. DHA official words should be waited before making any buying selling decision. I want to make it crystal clear I will not be responsible If DHA ask you to pay 1st installment in one month or ask for it in 6 months.
My staff was verbally told intimation letters in Prism will take min 3 to 4 months.So I am writing my estimate based on that info.
