Dear CMY & LRE Team.
It is my 5th or 6th attempt to get your comments re plot No. H-568 and B-209 of Prism 9. Will appreciate if you can evaluate location/situation/price and time to hold or sell; which one to go first?

MIT Bhai,

Your plot H-568 is backside of 60ft road and park. But close to Youhanabad. Better to change if possible. B-209 is corner near excluded area. Better to hold this one, may give you gains in future, once B-Sector is cleared.

H-568 You can hold this location. Its ok for long term hold and healthy gains. A future super hot block when LRR will be existing on ground. I consider H block to best place for living as its most closer to Lahore Ring Road. It also have not one but 7 parks in it. No should take this block easy. Village on map is half gone already on ground.


B-209 My dear friend is also a superb location. You are a very lucky man. I dont know why you are so worried. If I was you I will forget these plots for 5 years and look for other things to do.

I've read your latest analysis too regarding Phase 9 which quickly prompted multiple comments across the board, and your humility in response to Mr. Khalid Khan's post has earned you more respect.
