Dear Mr. CMY,

You have given very valuable information regarding how to evaluate location in phase-9, please explain reason why plot is badly located if plot is next to overhead tank and ring road if edge of ring road is 40-50 m away with service road in between,

(in front of mosque is bad due to parking issues,grave yard remind you your end all day and also traffic:)....) thx

Dear Habib, thanks for your reply, as far as cars are concerned there are some factors which determine resale value which is cost of maintenance...there is some logic behind every concept but in pakistan this is not the case...how many time chowkidar climb on top of water tank or he stays there day and night??????near nallah is ok its bad due to odour....Ring road is not GT road it is controlled road where you cant stop without a reason and is far enough and at height that its difficult to see inside your home roof top is open

Even I the U.S. House closer to freeways are less desirable. But then in the U.S. People also do not like homes on 150-foot wide streets. Lahoris do. So I the end it is individual viewpoint and preference.
