I just want to know what is the difference between affidavit plot and normal plot. Why price of affidavit plot is less.? Any risk to buy it in DHA.?

Brothers, affidavit is a FILE (before balloting) just a paper. Plot is on ground reality. An affidavit file becomes plot after balloting and that plot becomes constructable plot after possession or become cash after selling lolzzz |
