Please try to understand and correct your record. Commercial facing is under average or good category
@ Asad I agree with you but once we go to sell a Plot in front of commercial we hear this from dealer , These are wonderful for Making Home if Commercial is not busy, usually roads are wider and view is more beautiful and what is more that you get so many facilities at your door step.
Living in these areas is very easy and more easy to rent.
