I want to know what is differnce between affidavit plot and normal plot.?
Why affidavit plot price is less.?
Any risk to but affidavit plot in DHA?

There are 3 stages
Affidavit file>>>>> after land ownership by DHA [Cleared by Land department Including Patwari] >>>>>>>> Becomes allocation file [ it means in next Ballot DHA will give Plot Vs this file>>>>>>>>> Ballot Now your allocation is Converted in Plot You pay development charges >>>>>> development takes 6,7 years>>>> Possession announced Now you can make Home
90% there are no issues in Affidavit files but 10% there are issues that is why people only pay token of One Lac and pay rest of money in DHA office once intimation issued "that this File's Land issues cleared and now allocation will be issued". After that usually in 6 weeks Allocation is issued. |
