Facts of PH-9,

Due to several villages, few societies including Yahunabad, the dirty mess of traffic like many many number of Motorcyclist are using DHA roads, people of those village and societies are rooming around on the streets and enjoying all the facilities are enjoying after owning the most least value of property compare to those who have paid millions of rupees to buy DHA plots.
I know Whenever I get chance to stay with one of my friends house in Phase3/Z the sound of Motorcycle is the most bother me and the riders are all from Village of Charar.
Request to all please express your feelings.

Agreed. Charr people not only move freely in DHA but also involve in theft cases. Houses near villages are victims of such incidents. Side mirrors of the cars are usually found missing after every 4-5 months. My relative is living in Z-block and suffering from Charr village.

as per law DHA can't stop the from using connecting roads. they are living here from centuries.

I know when the modern areas in western societies are filled with Black peoples then gradually/slowly white pigeons start leaving the area due to crimes and their dirty style of living, and then creat another society but they make it very expensive out of their reach to stop them.

villagers are not the black peoples they are same like us. most of us have village background.

Tasawar Bhai don't take it personal we have genuine or general discussion if you do like villagers and village although they are our brothers and also dear to us, but then Tasawar Brother leave this subject and go live somewhere in village instead of poking your nose to this discussion please. The land in village is for 5 lac per Kanal why are you ready to pat 120 Lac for DHA land.

Rmm. why poeples are arguing to stop the entrance of villages. they should move a another location far from villages. villagers have the right of path.

Surprisingly, many people on this forum started talking about the villages in Phase-9 after balloting. Villages are there for many years in almost every phase of DHA but nobody discussed so much about it before. Should i believe most of the phase-9 investors are new or they have very limited knowledge about DHA lahore working & its historical performance?

actually mostly people buy those files through dealers without knowing where phase 9 exactly locates.and this whole fuss created about villages is that now the investors have hard time to sell their inventory to smart buyers .i dont know who stupid advice dha to make 5 marla plots (must be some crazy dealer).this whole mess of phase 9 is created by 5 marlas owners who have no heart and no patience and bringing the whole market to their knees .

@shahryar, Phases used to be small before and used to have hardly either none or only one village per phase, her the situation is different firstly after balloting the map was shown to the public and investors came to know that more than one village is there so quantity is bothering, no doubt the size of the PH-9 is also equal to many old phases.

@omer I agreed that more than 5000 plots are only 5 Marla plus same size of Shuhda Town Plus Same size of DHA Town. DHA should have separate 5 Marla phase in it.
Now holder of one kanal house will watch cricket in many streets like old areas or Mohallas and plastic shoppers are flying everywhere.

@Omer u can imagine or expect anything Bro, imagine ,,, Phase9 5 Marla 5000+ Shuhda&DHA Town 3000+Yuhanabad 4000+ all villages 2000 Total= 13000 Houses.
In each house suppose 5 family member Total 65000 people. Each house will have Ay least one Motorcycle plus car so 65000 Motorcycle + 65000 cars 130,000 vehicles in PH-9. Plus Chachora pann in McDonald's, Gloria Jeans, also small group of you boys standing at the corner of each street throwing dirty look at passerby ladies. Plus Bassant (Patang Bazzi) etc etc Man you name it.

DHA security will be suffering the most lol one million calls only from 5 Marla houses for small issues because they never had such a lavish opportunity to call security guard on each other lol.
