Gobin Pura, Sangat pura and Dhira are Land Locked by DHA in phase 7, similarly 2 small villages are land locked in DHA 8 proper and not taken over,
As per Supreme Court ruling DHA or any other society cannot Block the passage of even one house, your assumption is wrong. DHA Blocked Punjab Society as they had alternate route open,
Before 2003 there were some relocations at 3 Lac per Merla, decided by Court. As villages have small houses like 2, 1.5 Merla some were not ready to surrender even at that price. Later rate was revised to 7 Lac per Merla by court, At that point 2006 Onwards DHA stooped clearing encroachments by paying cash and surrounded them by boundary giving one or 2 passages. |
