No investment is risk free my friend. Simple rule: Less Risk > Less gain and vice a versa.
However, You need to do a ample research. Warren Buffett says "More you learn - More you earn"

Thank you for your kind advice. I heard that affidavit plot price are less in Phase 7. Is it true.? Any risk to but affidavit plot.?
In pahse 7, some plots development charges are still on installment.?
When is the possesion give in PH 7.
