As now Phase 9 balloting is over can you please have your team visit the Divine Gardens and provide some update on current construction and future prospect for overseas investors who on LRE recommendation bought houses in Divine Gardens? Also, we need your valuable input as whether to keep or sell these houses. I thank you in advance.

Please please please stay away from Divine Gardens...They have made overseas investors cry big time for their money...this society initially started a fast track developements way back but for the recent past, it has been stuck in litigations, cash crunch and has failed to deliver...majority of investors have not been handed over their houses since years despite making full payments... |
