I am impressed that phase 8 IVY green Developent already started. to me it is too fast even faster than Phase 8 proper.I hope similar news should come about prisim. But as CMY sahib Pointed earlier than Land belongs to single investor and he is himself taking care for it. waht is Impact of it on current prices.
