I have been a silent visitor of this blog for a while now. I'm surprised to see how the perception of ppl change overnight. Following are my thoughts on Dha phase 9
1. It's Dha. There is no safer investment at least in lahore compared to it. If past is any guide then investment in Dha turns out to b good in long run
2. A lot of end road pockets means more privacy n exclusivity plots since only residents of those plots will b using that area. It also means more parking space, relatively private area for walk and safer for children to play. On top of that it will b more secure. If you have a park nearby it's even better since no stranger will b sitting in park and steering at your house
3. A lot of 5 marla sectors are near LRR that means easy access and max 30 min drive to anywhere in lahore. That is huge plus. Plots that are away from LRR they can check the prices of societies nearby again good price increase.
For plots facing graveyard of village or factory. Plz remember u might not get price of good plot but it will b a lot higher than these in 5 years time
