Hi,

I have three 1K plots in Phase 9 Bloack B:

1)- 7B
2)- 181B
3)- 437B

Im not sure if its a good things that all plots come out to be in block B. I now want to sell atleast one of them. Can anyone please advice which one of the three i should see? why ? and what would be the expected price of each.

Can you please elaborate on which one should i sell and what price to ecpect.. what about 437B. its next to the boundary isnt it weaker?

Somebody says that this excluded area will be acquired, that's why if yes then it will be the best plot as corner and one side is Askari. regarding price I can not predict until actual selling and buying not happen because the price is always set by the buyers. more buyers more price and vice versa. If you don't have temperament then 181 will be weaker this is my views and others have their own accordingly. More risk more gain and more loss (you will decide).

umer first of all none of your plot is weaker. Had it been a village your boundary plot would have been weakest but you are lucky that it is Askari XI. So dont worry . You are lucky to find all good locations
