I have a commercial 8M plot in CCA2 of Phase 8, Lahore. Shall i sell it and buy 2 8M commericials in Phase 9? How many days it takes to sell a commercial plot worth around 70million. Please suggest

it just second to have deal. I have plot in phase 9 z2 main road. I am looking In phase 8 cc2 marla 8. If you wish we may deal with help of Adil Lahore real estate.
