No matter of demand and dupply and ground realities prices of phase 9 plots should be set that no plot be less than 60 for kanal as ppl even bought in 65 , similarly ten marla and 5 marla most worst location be kept at 27 , those who bought affidavit files in 24 , minimum value shd be 24 , only in this case plot owners and in long run dealers will win .
