PH-9 2 Kanal price before balloting,

Anybody know what was the price of 2 kanal plot close to Golf Ground before balloting cuz as far as I remember I had no knowledge that there will be a cutting of 2 Kanal in Phase9.

Q371 is not a worst location but its a bad one. Could hold if no money to buy better location. If can afford 10 to 15 lacs try to move to better location before Jan 2016.


I am sorry I dont have any energy left in me to answer 100s of location assessment questions.

My best friends are waiting for many days since ballot day to get my answers but I am unable to even send them a note I will get back to them.

Q371. I will hold, because next to Q371 is a private land, DHA will buy this in future.
This is close to Theme Park / school / college / comm. and close to main road and next to DHA Town. Maybe R sector will expand and then Q371 come in middle.
What you think ? Theses are positive points. ? This is a initial stage of ph 9 map. There
will be many change come slowly slowly. ???????????????????????????????
