As I have been pointing underpriced areas with better access and on ground development, I have identified few more with IN DHA
Air avenue DHA phase there are few options of Kanal in less than 110, It is very Nicely developed very much populated with all facilities and better existing LRR access, This society still not in Lime Light, I dont know how I can convince myself to buy a plot in DHA phase 9 in 70+20 leaving air avenue.
Same is true for DHA phase 8 Park view
DH phase 5 M Block
and DHA phase 7 Has already been discussed in detail

Dear Habib , you are absolutely right. But in my opinion , if someone has to build a house today must go for a kanal plot in AA and those who are looking for an investment should go for PRISM 9 : why 70 lacs today and 20 lacs in 3.5 years or so. After 5 years PRISM 9 would be at least 1.5 times AA plot value. |
