these are not realistic demands... plz keep in mind ongoing rates of phase 7...why would i buy a 10 marla in a phase with expected development in 7 to 8 yrs when i can get a similiar priced 10 marla in phase 7 with possession expected in a year...either phase 7 has to go up or 9 has to go down to maintain equilibrium...they cant sell at equal prices |

If CMY sahaib put some light of advantages and disadvantages of all phases then it would be very easy to everyone to evaluate his/her plot instead of asking to everyone. Its my suggestion may be i am wrong |
