some experts says plot near grave yard is worst but we all have to go their one day ,some says plot near park is excellent but we don't go their for exercise ,some says plot on main road is excellent then we complaint of noise and traffic , what a joke we are???? time to think :cl :cl :cl

For investors the best plot is different and for those who wanna build house it is different. For house i will like to have a house where i can have peace of mind. I am ok with 40 ft street at long as it has good access. I will not like 150 ft as my children cannot drive their bycycle in front of house. No disturbance is a plus plus. Investors donot think like that as they have to market their product. That is why you see discrepancy here. |

But Block B, one thing I do not understand is that an investor in the end will sell to someone who will build a house. So investor needs to value his investment with that end buyer in mind. So how come investor values a house on 150 ft street high, when we all know it is not as desirable a place to build a house for all those good reasons you pointed out. |

@Ashraf If one day we have to go there then why we shouldn't take the sleeping bed right now and see everyday burials of other and we should kept thinking of dying day and night. It is true that Muslim always should remember of dying but should not wish to dye cuz wishing for it is sin. |
