I guess dealer creating panic situation in the market just to pull down the phase 9 rates, very simple thing to understand that if file rate was on peak @ 63 then how is possible plot rate on good location Will not be least 20% extra otherwise no logic to wait for ballot to get some profit simple buy when ballot wl b done, it's all scenario is being created by dealers who want to full swing trading by panic situation and even invest by own to make good profit. Please have own Analises about ur decision. May Allah bless all of us. |
