Though the post uploaded by CMY name was fake, but fact cannot be changed, either if CMY or anyone else continue to brag about phase 9 superiority over other DHA phases. The fact is people are really not happy. It is true that phase 9 will be a normal DHA phase (as others are right now) once its development is over, there but there is nothing new or extraordinary here in phase 9. And it will take if not more, but atleast 8 to 10 years.
People like me, who invested in phase 9, considering its hype (which was mostly created by the dealers) are now considering to take their investments out of phase 9. The most potential short term investment appearing at this moment is phase 7. I got 3 one kanal plots, but all at average locations, moving my investment to phase 7, kanal and 10 marla plots. Now is phase 7 turn to gain and that too in short period of time. Good Luck to all too.

There could be good or bad points about every phase so one ought to say those things. Why shouldn't one say bad things about a phase if one feels so though arguments could have counter arguments and then market has its own mechanism where sayins on this website wouldn't make much of a difference. |

Non-Property Question but for investment around 10-15 Millions:
Anyone know has experience in investing in transport business? Like start running own bus/busses by partnering with existing well known passenger transport companies like Bilal Travels, Abdullah Travels, Faisal Movers, Niazi Express?
