I have two plots in dha phase 9, sector R, 1791 and 2443, what is the expected value of both separately.
Should i sell plot # 1791 and buy 10 marla in Bismillah housing society on main GT Road, near manawaan police station?
Kindly advise at your earliest.

Buy in bismillah town immediately. I am sure you will feel bored in DHA society. You will feel at home in Bismillah :) |

Infact my plan was to buy 10 marla now in bismila housing soceity and after two years sell another dha phase-9 5 marla plot SO THAT i can build the house of 10 marla BECAUSE I HAVE ONLY THESE 2 5MARLA PLOTS IN MY LIFE i.e. my total assets are these two plots SIRs! |

Noman sb, I understand your point of view. Not a bad idea at all to keep yourself on safe side. Sell One phase-9 plot now and buy 10-Marla plot in Bismillah Society. After 3-4 years, sell the other phase-9 plot and construct your home. Its safe and practical. |

Obviously when people waited so long to see plots after balloting with a hope to get better location but now they are unable to sell at reasonable prices after balloting, they will start thinking of other societies where can get buying/selling price atleast.
Tell me anyone bought 5 marla or 10marla average located plots even at files rates?
DHA treated 5marla and 10marla holders as Step Children by locating 80-90% plots at bad/worst locations.

By the way I know A Lot about Bismillah Housing, This was Launched only 3 years back and intial Offer was 1.5 Lac per Merla, I made a plan to buy 3, 4 Merla Plots Plan to buy in 6 months and transferred some money in 2013 But Found that Prices crossed 2.25 Lac, I dropped the idea, In March 2014 that money I first time invested in DHA file and got 11 Lac Profit in one year. [Guess which File?]
I Dont Know what are prices now in Bismillah, Noman can you update
By The Way Bisnmialla is Non LDA approved areas It is transferred By Registry Intqal and Very Close LRR GT road Interchange well Pouplated surrounding and few houses there now. |

Habib bhai, i just called there n got information that its price is 2.6 lac but when i asked for 10 m or 1 k, they informed 3.6+ i dont know y? it can only be known by visited there! |

These are on Main Road, But good bargain is Possible. Go for 6 Merla Only, There are no By Laws you can easily make 2 Portions of 2 Bed each. this society is not for 10 merla Kanal Type Houses, it will be difficult to resell.
So it means had I invested at time even gain would be like DHA.

Dear ksal, if constructing home is dumb thinking then you can say it. else i know DHA is DHA but making home in DHA is very easier for rich persons but not for middle class people who are salaried persons! Obviously living style of DHA requires some extra financial resources which is too difficult for salaried person! I just put question if i got attention it's my luck! is it? |
