Respected CMY, seen ur effort of Lining RED of all unwanted or useless plots. Well I my humble opinion it's not fair. With just one Stoke of pen u have made 100s of plot rubbish. U never know map may be redefined again n today's boundaries may be eliminated with addition of Ph 9 ext or Ph 10.
How u could be so hash n cruel with 1000s of ppl like us. U should realize that ur words r taken as Final words by sooooo may like us.
U r just sinking our investment by just mere one post. Now nobody is going to even consider many plot. U never know wat DHA does tomorrow
Wat is my fault that my plot has been thrown in rubbish by ur Just One Post
Plz be rational in ur approach n dun try to sink 1000s of people like us.

CMY if have influence on DHA management, plz request them to exclude these RED Lines plots and may be adjusted in the same phase, that Darama of worst and bad location will be no more there.

My point is that CMY has declared more than 80 % J block as not worth retaining n buying.now either CMY is so intelligent to read so much in between the lines or DHA management so in-justified n dishonest in ditching almost complete Sector J to allot them amost all rubbish plots

In my view CMY has done a wonderful job by educating us on this web. Its up to you to act or not.

Irfan replied on Saturday, May 23, 2015 03:15 PM

I agree, CMY did a good job. Instead of answering repeated questions about location of plots, he educated us with this map so we can judge by ourselves. He didnt force us to accept his opinion. Its the choice of plot owners now to take decision accordingly. Most of the investors already knew which are worst & bad location plots but new investors might be surprised by these red lines. Personally I feel CMY marked fewer number plots & he left many plots which are still at bad/worse location.

Pretty good job, most of us were expecting such a precised work from him. However there are few very clear irregularities in red marking. In some blocks plots in 2nd street to the boundary wall are marked while for other blocks same rule was not followed. CMY sb opinion about J block has been biased most of the time & he has clearly been promoting R block. Investors in J block will suffer badly due to his personal opinion.

Well said

Fairness plots thaat are marked in 2nd street are facing toward the village. Plot infron of 2nd row are NOT marked red because thay are ok to hold not facing towards village.

Plots close enough to Nallah are marked red due to smell effected. areas.

Plots next to villages that are marked red but i made it 100% clear what area has houses ( Inside large red line marked boxes. I dont recommend them to sell. You could take chance to hold

Only plots marked red have lowest price and should be sold at loss. Even held long term net return wont be worth holding for 5 more years. A lot more returns some where else.

I knew I was going to make many people unhappy and some even new enemies but please dont take it that way. Just trying to help you all.

Sell bad location to buy better location. If ok with files sell 5 marla to buy DHA Multan kanal. If not comfortable buy Prism plots on map other than these red lined plots.

If plot is not lined red by me but plot infront of it is plot without line is a hold or a buy for new investors

Dear CMY, Till when we will be able to sell plots.? I have one on the red line, so guide me how to and when to sell.

IbrahimDXB replied on Saturday, May 23, 2015 05:38 PM

CMY has just given guide line and all of us also know about the RED marked are not good location. There is no matter to become angry at CMY or someone else. Its up to us to accept or decline the RED Line. This is also fact CMY's advice seems to be a trend setters but only those who are regular visitors of this site but Please also note that there are thousands of people who are not following or visiting this site and seeking low budget plots, obviously they will happy to buy these plots at the price accepted to them. I learned ABC about from this site and CMY and trust on his verdict. regards

Once upon a time I was offered very bad location two canal plot at Gunda naala but I chose one kanal with no price diffrence now lums is there at that place. Now i think how bad location changes into good one.

I think red lines are not fair.some time later villages will be taken over so this red line will loose its legitimacy.
Sir ji tusi mainde plot te kata mar shada...

Mr CMY , this is Malik. Please tell me what advise you have for 5 Marla phase 9 prism file holders who bought the file at 25 lacs and now waiting for balloting. Mr CMY please advise? Brothers please share your thoughts and suggestions???

MHS replied on Saturday, May 23, 2015 09:49 PM

I totally agree.. its unfair to simple aggravate someones pain by cutting his plot with a red line. it could be someones life time earning and this way you can hurt someones feeling. you should ponder over it again cmy !

rana replied on Sunday, May 24, 2015 12:40 AM

Ahsan,MHS: And you call yourself an investor? If you are some one who will eventually build a house on your plot, then don't worry about the redline. It does not matter to you. But if you think you are an investor, then be a man. Face reality. Do not be a child. You took a chance with a ballot and it did not turn out as well. Face it. Some investments work some don't. Being a baby about is not going to help you learn. As they say, if you cannot stand the heat get out of the kitchen. Go buy prize bonds as investment, accept that investing in files is not for you.

rana replied on Sunday, May 24, 2015 12:42 AM

Oh, BTW I am someone with a blue line on my plot.
