I have a question
Since dollar is increased 3 % against Pakistani rupee in recent days.
Should property holders readjust their demands while selling?
If property was for 60 lakh then after 3 % increment, should they demand roughly 62 lakh ?

Prices are set by market forces. Property holder should and does adjust his demand to extract the max value from a buyer. Seller who wants to sell for 62 will be fine as long as there is no seller who is selling for 60 lac a plot of same quality. |
